We cherish our nannies!

At our agency, we prioritize the well-being of our nannies. That's why when they work with us, they pay nothing.

Unlike other agencies, we don't deduct any percentage from the nanny's hourly pay. Additionally we pay for things like background checks and driving record checks.

All our nannies need to do is show up, and we handle the rest.

Before you begin the Nanny Employment Application, we do have some requirements…

• Currently live in either of the states we serve. (Listed above.)

• Preferably a minimum of 5 years paid experience working in the childcare or education field, but No less than 3 years.

• Experience working with toddlers, infants or school age children.

• Currently be CPR & First Aid certified or open becoming certified.

• American Citizenship/Documentation providing work eligibility.

• Current drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

• Law abiding citizen with a clear criminal background.

• Valid references.

• Clean Background checks (sex offender, crime, drug tests..etc.)
