Maryland Agency Fees

• Nanny Search Fee: $350 (Paid upfront to begin the search)

• Full-Time Placement Fee: $2,500 (Paid once you’ve selected a full-time nanny from our agency)

• Part-Time Placement Fee: $1,700 (Paid once you’ve selected a part-time nanny from our agency)

Important Note:
The fees above are paid directly to our agency. The nanny’s hourly or salary pay is separate and will be paid by you directly to the nanny.

What the Nanny Search Fee Covers:

Initiating the Search: We conduct thorough background checks, including sex offender registries, FBI watch lists, national security screenings, and motor vehicle records.

Custom Nanny Profile: We create a detailed nanny profile and send it to you via email. We will also include icebreakers, interview questions, and a sample contract (after you’ve selected your nanny).

6 Months of Support: You’ll receive 6 months of coverage (starting from the time the placement fee is paid.). Meaning if you are not happy with your Nanny within 6 months, you are able to pay for an additional Nanny Search Round at a discounted cost.

Paid After Your Approval: This fee is due within 24 hours of confirming your chosen nanny with our agency.
